Instructors

Charles McLachlan and Marianne Welsh

Charles has over 25 years of experience developing and growing businesses, from start-ups to global organisations. He helped Arthur Andersen Consultancy to grow, becoming a partner in 2001. He has built several companies from scratch, and also runs a successful coaching programme for Chief Executives of Christian charities. He is Chairman of the Academy for Chief Executives. Marianne is a qualified HR professional with over 15 years experience, 5 of which was as HR business partner at global professional services firm Deloitte. She founded a career consultancy in 2007. Her passion is to see individuals discover their unique purpose and destiny.
